NETRA has setup 10 TPD Integrated Torrefaction & Pelletization Plant to demonstrate indigenous technology for producing energy-dense torrefied biomass pellets. The project supports large-scale biomass co-firing in coal-based power plants, aligned with the National Mission on Use of Biomass and India’s decarbonization goals.
