NTPC has been honored as the top performing thermal Generator in the Power line Awards held in New Delhi. The award was received by Dr. Arup Roy Choudhury, CMD, NTPC from Union Minister of State for Power, Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia on 21st June, 2013. Shri R.V. Shahi, former Power Secretary, Shri H.L. Bajaj, Former Chairman CEA, Shri C.P. Jain, former CMD, NTPC and Shri Alok Brara, the eminent jury for the awards and were present on the occasion.
